CHOICE is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve community health through collective planning and action of healthcare leaders. CHOICE Regional Health Network (CHOICE) has more than two decades of experience leading successful community engagement and regional health improvement efforts in a seven-county region: Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Thurston, and Wahkiakum. Since 1995, CHOICE has partnered with the region’s hospitals, clinical providers, community-based organizations, local governments, public health departments, and managed care organizations on a wide-range of community health improvement initiatives. 

Additionally, as part of its strategic vision for improving community health, CHOICE led the development of and acts as the supporting organization for Cascade Pacific Action Alliance (CPAA), the region’s Accountable Community of Health (ACH) administering the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) and supporting 51 MTP partners working to transform the healthcare delivery system.
